Marriage is not about
compatibility,
companionship, or
extracting happiness.
It is an opportunity to achieve a union that will open up a greater possibility.
-Sadhguru

मां + बाप = कामना
MARRIAGE

This glass/vessel is mine, or this is my vessel this is not me.
Similarly this is my hand, I am not this hand.

What you accumulate can be yours, but it can never be you. Who.

Your body and mind are just accumulations that you have gathered. What you accumulate can be yours, but it can never be you.

Whether you call it a stone, a beast, a tree, a man, a demon, or the Divine - everything is the same energy manifesting itself in a million different ways.

The physical body has its own memory.

Intimacy without commitment leads to disorganization of the human being, and in turn to disorganization of society.

-Sadhguru

Intimacy

bodies rubbing each other: ultimate

mating: is not intimate (misunderstanding)

something concerned with inner nature of who you are

you could play the drama of life

This quote says:
Neither health nor joy can be created from outside.  There may be external stimuli,
but essentially, both come from within
-Sadhguru ☺  ⇌   ↑  ↓  ⇵  CNS ⇵ PNS

Everybody wants HEALTH & JOY, THERE IS NO DOUBT ABOUT THAT.

But here it is said that it can't be created from outside/externally.
But it comes from within/internally.

This is true JOY which we get from that which comes from within.
And it is a fake/false/झूठा JOY that we get through external stimuli/pleasure.

So here 2 kinds of HAPPINESS OR JOY is being talked about.

1) सही आनंद/परमानंद = PROFIT
2) गलत आनंद = LOSS

SO, HERE ONE CAN THINK THAT JO SACHHA SUKH HAI WO BADA SUKH HAI AUR JO ZUTHA MATLAB JO BAHAR KI TARAF SE AATA HAI WO CHHOTA SUKH HAI.

BUT AGAIN ITS A MIISCONCEPTION WO CHHOTA ISILIYE HAI Q KII WO TEMPORARY/impermanent HAI.

AUR JO SUKH COMES FROM WITHIN WO PERMAMNENT HAI.

BAHAR NAHI HAI SUKH

AUR YE HAI MANN/MIND/MANAS

MAN ACHETAN HAI, MAN KE LEVEL SE KAMM KRNA MATLAB MAJBURI KA RONA RONA.

AUR MAI KE LEVEL SE KAM KRNA MATLAB CHOOSE KRNA/BY CHOICE KRNA.

TO SACHHA ANAND JAB HUM BOLTE HAII ANDAR SE AATA HAI, ISKA MATLAB HAI KI WO AAPKE KHUDKE CHUNAW SE AATA HAI. NAA KI MAN SE.

SO ANAND KE LIYE AAPKO CHUNAW KARNA PADEGA.
AUR WO BHI SAHI DISHAME.

1: KARNA HAI
2: NAHI KRNA HAI

BOTH CAME FROM WITHIN
EK ZUKAW HAI SACH (AATMA) KI TARAF AUR 1 ZUKAW HAI ZUTH (MIND) KI TARAF.

SACH: MAI NAHI HU, ACHAL, STHIR, @ STOP,
MIND: MULTIPLY, CHAINS, STEPS, KEEPS GROWING
GADBAD TAB HOTA HAI PURA JAB HUM SACH KO GALAT AUR GALAT KO SACH MANN LETE HAI.

WAHI ANSWER THA.

JO SABSE UNCHA HAII WAHI ANAND DEGA NA, JO NICHLE LEVEL KA HAI WO TO MAJBUR HI, ACHETAN HAI WO UNCHA SUKH NAHI DE SKTA.

YAHA AB LOG PUCHH LETE HAI MERA ??
WHAT IS MERA: JO MERE PASS HAI MAI USKO SUKH DUNGA, TO AA JAW MERE PASS.

TO YE HAI MAHAMAYA/FASAANA/DHOKHA/APPARENT/UNREAL/CELL KA TRAP/

YE JISKO PATA HAI KI SUKH WITHIN HAI, OUTSIDE NAHII HAI, WO BAHAR NAHI FASEGA.
AUR JO JANTA HAI WO TO FREE ME DE DEGA.
LEKIN AGAR KOI JANATA NAHI HAI TO WO SEARCH/BHATAKANA KRTE RAHEGA TABATAK JABTAK WO MIL NAHI JATA.

FIR 1 JAGAH AAYEGA LAGEGA MIL GYA/YEHI HAI ASLIWALA, LEKIN WO TO BAHAR HAI, JABTAK YE PATAA NAHI CHALEGA KI WO BHII WAHII AANEKII BAAT KR RHA HAI TABTAK TUM FASE HI RAHOGE.

OR YE FASANA BHI SAMNEWAL KI WAJAH E NAHI HAI, YE FASANA TUMHARI KHUDKI GALATI HAI.

AUR GALATIII KI SAJAA YE MILTI HAI KI TUM 1 CYCLE ME FANS JATE HO.
REPETITION
FIIR WAHI

IS IT TO BE LEARNED ??
OR TO BE UNLEARNED.

IT IS UNBECOMING UNAWARE.

tatparya:
Whatever comes from inside is permanent and
whatever comes from outside is temporary.

So the external will appear to be permanent but only till it is attached to the mind, and it is only desire
but internal (how you are within yourself determines all other things) there is always a choice as to what to respond and what to not.
mind is mitthya (it is zuth, but it tells you that it is truth), and then you get trapped as to what is wrong and right.

Everything comes from within (nothingness/emptiness/space).

BALANCE

Balance is something that modern societies have ignored, and they are paying a huge price for it. Whatever your intelligence, whatever your competence, education, and qualifications – if you do not have the necessary balance, you will not succeed. You will not go very far in your life.

The most important thing for people who are seeking to be successful – whether in the corporate sector, in politics, in the military, or any other field – is balance.

Only if you have a balance that is not disturbed by external situations, are you capable of making use of the competence and intelligence within you. Otherwise, even the most wonderful qualities that one may have will go waste, simply because of lack of balance.

Hatha yoga brings this balance.(Control/regulator) Homeostasis. Internal vs external environment

PRESCRIPTION (P-DRUG)

Hypertension Treatment

  • Country Differences:

    • In the USA: ACE inhibitors (e.g., Lisinopril) are often the first choice for hypertension due to high prevalence of comorbid conditions like diabetes.
    • In India: Calcium channel blockers (e.g., Amlodipine) are commonly preferred due to cost-effectiveness and better efficacy in salt-sensitive hypertension.
  • Doctor Differences:

    • A cardiologist may prefer beta-blockers (e.g., Metoprolol) for a patient with coexisting heart disease.
    • A general practitioner might choose a diuretic (e.g., Hydrochlorothiazide) due to affordability and simplicity.

In contrast, countries relying on the WHO Model List of Essential Medicines may prefer Hydrochlorothiazide due to its inclusion as a cost-effective option.

Impact of Treatment Guidelines

Treatment guidelines provide evidence-based recommendations that directly influence P-drug selection.

  • Example 3: Hypertension

    • USA (ACC/AHA Guidelines): Recommends ACE inhibitors (Lisinopril) or ARBs (Losartan) as first-line P-drugs for hypertension, especially in patients with diabetes or chronic kidney disease.
    • UK (NICE Guidelines): Suggests calcium channel blockers (Amlodipine) as the first choice for hypertension in older adults or Black patients.
    • India: Diuretics (Hydrochlorothiazide) are often selected due to affordability and inclusion in national guidelines.

Understanding Clinical Guidelines

  • Example 1: Hypertension Treatment

    • Doctor A: Interprets the American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines and emphasizes ACE inhibitors (Lisinopril) for hypertension in diabetic patients due to their protective renal effects.
    • Doctor B: Focuses on the same guidelines but prefers ARBs (Losartan) because they are equally effective and have a lower risk of cough as a side effect.

"All diseases need not to be treated with a drug."

  • Example 1: Hypertension

    • Non-drug approach: Lifestyle modifications such as regular exercise, low-sodium diet, weight loss, and stress reduction can be effective in controlling mild hypertension.
    • Rationale: Drugs may not be immediately necessary, especially in borderline cases.

Bhagavad Gita (Chapter – 4, Verse – 7)

Whenever there is rise in evil, whenever ignorance and arrogance rise, obviously the result is suffering. The Lord does not drop physically somewhere from the heavens. The metaphor must be understood. It does not mean when there will be people of certain kinds who would be behaving in evil ways then some avatar will descend from the skies. What it simply means is that whenever the ego inflates, the consequence is suffering and suffering itself calls for its cessation. You do not like to suffer. This call of cessation of suffering itself is the coming of the Lord.

The ego is caught in a quandary. It likes to be inflated but it does not like to suffer. But the natural consequence of its own inflation is suffering. It likes to be big, it likes to act powerful, but the more powerful it acts, the more it suffers and suffering is something it does not like. So the very inflation of the ego, the very rise of ego, the very increase of evil, is also a parallel increase in the urge to dissolve the evil, the suffering, the ego. The Lord doesn’t come from anywhere; the ego sees its own futility, its vanity and surrenders.
